Annual Meeting Task Force
Makes recommendations regarding future sites and formats for AENC Annual Meetings.

Communications Advisory Group
This advisory group will meet on an “as-needed” basis when called into action for specific projects related to AENC publications (i.e., Success by Association), the AENC website and other communications efforts. This is not a traditional committee, and does meet on a regular basis.

Finance
Provides financial oversight of the association.

Golf
Recommends a site for the Annual Golf Outing and assists with planning and logistics, including recruiting sponsors.

Legislative Reception
Recommends a site for the Legislative Reception (January of odd-numbered years) and assists with planning and logistics including recruiting sponsors.

Membership
Serves as Ambassadors of AENC for new or potential members. Assists with membership recruitment and retention efforts.

Nominating
Nominates a candidate to the Board of Directors whenever a vacancy occurs and presents a complete slate of officers and directors annually to the Board for presentation to the membership before the annual business meeting.

Professional Development
This committee develops goals and broad-based plans for AENC educational offerings, including the Annual Meeting and ongoing seminars. This committee examines how AENC’s professional development activities can continue to meet organizational goals.

Silent Auction
Coordinates the association’s Annual Silent Auction in order to raise funds for educational scholarships for AENC members.

Trade Show
Assists with planning and logistics of the Annual Trade Show, including recruiting exhibitors.
