Group Association Management
Memberships
AENC offers a group
membership option, available only to those eligible to be
Association Management members of AENC who are employed within
the same organization during the membership period of September
1 – August 31.

Any association may
add/transfer members, however when adding or transferring
members, the organization will be charged a $36
administration fee. If additional members are requested to
be added and it would cause the number of memberships to
rise to the next group level, the organization will
be permitted to add those member(s) at the additional
individual pro-rated amount.
Example: Your organization
is at Level I, 2-4 members. Currently you have 2 individuals as
members. If you added 2 additional members from your
organization, you would simply pay $36 for each member to add
them. If you wanted to add a 5 th
person, which would cause you to move to a Level II membership,
you could add them at the additional individual pro-rated
amount. During the next dues billing cycle, you would be given
the option to renew the five members at Level II, or change to
another level.
Individual
Memberships
The AENC membership year
begins September 1 and ends August 31 of the following year.
Beginning in November, individual dues are pro-rated on a
bi-monthly basis. The following rates are for the 2008-2009
fiscal year.

Charlotte Chapter
Membership
The Charlotte Chapter
offers educational and networking opportunities in the Charlotte
area, and typically meets on the third Tuesday of every other
month. Chapter membership is available to individual and group
members:
Individual Charlotte
Chapter Membership $25 Group
Charlotte Chapter Membership $35 (applies to all members of
group at any level listed above)
Membership
Tranfers
A membership can be
transferred from one person to another within the same company
for an administration fee of $36. If the original member was a
Charlotte Chapter member, that chapter membership is included
within the transfer fee.
Membership will be active upon receipt
of dues payment and membership application at the AENC office.
