ANNOUNCEMENT: 2025 AENC ANNUAL MEETING & GOLF OUTING REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
To the many who have already registered for the upcoming 2025 AENC Annual Meeting, thank you! We’re excited to share that we have officially surpassed our all-time record for registrations. What a remarkable milestone and testament to the strength of the AENC community! We’re looking forward to a meaningful few days filled with learning, connection, and celebration.
Final attendance counts have been submitted to all of our outstanding conference, opening reception, and golf host venues. If you haven’t registered but would still like to attend any of the in-person events, we’d be happy to add you to our waiting list in case a spot becomes available. Just reach out and let us know. And of course, you are always welcome to join us virtually.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The annual golf outing is located at Lonnie Poole Golf Course. The format is Captain's Choice, all about networking and having a fun day on the golf course together!
TENTATIVE TIMELINE:
11:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Registration, Practice
11:45 A.M. Sponsor Tee-Off Party Begins*
12:00 P.M Tee Times Begin (approx. every 10 minutes); boxed lunches provided
Golf Awards will be given out at the Opening Reception.
* Golfer boxed lunches included with player fees.
Sponsor lunch options available onsite, boxed lunch NOT provided.
COST: $125 per player | $500 per foursome
Note: participation in the Annual Meeting is not required to participate in the Annual Golf Outing. We'd love for you to stay for all of it but it is not required.

Start with a tour of Videri Chocolate Factory, where you’ll see how their delicious chocolate is made. And yes, you’ll get samples and a cup of their delicious soft serve! Then, head across the street to Boxcar Bar + Arcade, where you’ll shift into competition mode and get to play dozens of games – your first beverage and batch of tokens included!
Cost: $35 - includes Videri tour, 1 cup of soft serve with a topping, 1 beer/nonalcoholic drink at Boxcar, and 20 arcade tokens
Notes: Videri and Boxcar are an easy 8 minute walk from the Sheraton and 11 minute walk from the Residence Inn. For those who wish to drive, please park in the lot directly next to Videri. You can pay for parking on your phone (signs will be posted with instructions), then Videri can validate up to 2 hours of your parking. Please arrive a few minutes early as the tour will begin promptly at 2pm and 3pm. If you wish to do any shopping, Videri is card-only. Boxcar is 21+, so please bring a valid form of ID to gain entry. This includes a current US driver’s license, military ID, state ID, or passport.
