2024 Spring Conference Exclusive Morning Session Sponsor

AENC Exclusive Morning Session Sponsor will receive:

• • Three minutes on the podium before Friday morning's session to promote your organization
  • One table top exhibit during the entire conference
  • Complimentary registration for 3 representatives to attend the entire conference
  • One complimentary eblast to AENC members within 30 days (either before or after) the event ($600 value)
  • The opportunity to put collateral materials out at each seat of the morning session (you are responsible for placing the materials at the seats)
  • Your representatives will have sponsor badges provided by AENC.
  • Significant publicity:
    1. Recognition in the program and on signage and on screen during the event
    2. Your website link on the AENC event webpage
    3. Your organization name in AENC weekly emails relating to event
    4. Your sponsorship noted in AENC social media postings and AENC app

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than 5 PM on February 21, 2024.
