Mary Elizabeth Murphy

With nearly 30 years of experience working directly with clients, Mary Elizabeth is a trusted expert in team dynamics, development, and cohesion. As CEO and owner of S.T.A.R. Resources and author of RESET Your Buttons, she has been teaching individuals and organizations how to earn more, achieve more, and produce more since 1993.

Her passion lies in strengthening interpersonal relationships and improving effectiveness and productivity in the workplace. She is also a dedicated advocate for women in leadership. In recognition of her commitment to advancing women’s business ownership, the U.S. Small Business Administration honored her as the NC Women in Business Champion of the Year.
