The AENC Association Document Library has been established as a resource for the sole benefit of AENC Members. The Document Library includes both Legal Documents and Operational Documents. The Legal Documents have been designed by the AENC Board of Directors specific for AENC, reviewed by AENC Attorney Jon Carr and as appropriate, approved by the AENC Membership. The Operational Documents were developed by the AENC Board and AENC Staff. While the Legal Documents and Operational Documents were prepared specifically for AENC, AENC Members are free to use all parts or all of all of these documents if they would be helpful for your association. The Legal Documents and Operational Documents do not constitute legal advice and AENC makes no warranty or representation as to those documents. Any association developing or revising its legal or operational documents is advised to seek its own legal counsel. If you have questions about any of these documents, please contact Rich Phaneuf at rich@aencnet.org. AENC’s attorney, Jon Carr, can be reached at jcarr@jordanprice.com.
