Combining her experience and expertise, former executive and domestic abuse survivor-turned-speaker and consultant Nichole Myles, M.A., CIBHP, CFRE will delve into the profound concept of "radical wellness.” Leveraging personal anecdotes, scientific insights, and practical exercises to inspire and empower, participants will leave the session with tools and understanding for not just surviving but thriving, even when the world around them isn't as they’d hoped.
