Jessica Myers is the Founder of Be YOU Bloom®. She is a Mind Empowerment Speaker on training the part of the mind that impacts over 90% of results: the unconscious. Jessica specializes in building psychological capital (PsyCap) to improve performance and well-being simultaneously.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across media, marketing, and medical industries—including Time Warner Publishing, AOL, McCann Erickson, and Gruner & Jahr—Jessica blends business acumen with the science of re-designing the mind. She serves as an Instructor at Duke Integrative Medicine Center, where she teaches EFT Tapping for Energetic Health, Happiness, and Performance.
Jessica was born and raised on the Lower East Side of New York City and now resides in North Carolina. She made history as the youngest Criminal Clerk for the U.S. District Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York—at just 16 years old.
Often compared to Dr. Wendy Rhoades from Showtime’s Billions, Jessica brings a unique blend of psychological insight and high-performance coaching to her work. A former professional performer and member of both the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), she continues to train actors on cultivating a resilient, confident, optimistic, and resourceful mindset—one that bounces back faster and pushes forward toward lasting career and personal fulfillment.
