Elizabeth Ruf, MPA

Elizabeth Ruf is a strategic advisor, consultant, and speaker. As the founder of Elizabeth Ruf Consulting, Liz partners with organizations during moments of growth, transition, or complexity—facilitating collaborative strategic planning processes. With 14 years of experience across higher education and nonprofit leadership, Liz supports teams in moving from ideas to action. Liz has also taught undergraduate marketing at Elon University and regularly works with teams to build strong communities by treating empathy as a practice, not a personality trait. She holds a Master of Public Administration from NC State University.
