Alisha McKenzie

I’m Alisha McKenzie, an experienced hospitality professional with more than 20 years in hotel sales, marketing, and revenue strategy. I currently serve as Area Director of Sales for Opal Hotels Group, where I oversee four properties totaling 336 guest rooms and nearly 3,000 square feet of meeting space.

My hospitality journey started humbly in 2001 as a van driver, and over the years I’ve worked my way through different roles to senior sales leadership. That path has taught me the value of service, resilience, and building meaningful connections—both with clients and within our industry.

I’m passionate about driving results through relationships, whether it’s cultivating corporate, association, and sports partnerships, mentoring new talent, or working alongside teams to reach revenue goals. Beyond the numbers, I truly enjoy creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
