Welcome to the North Carolina Compensation Data Hub, a pioneering initiative brought to you by AENC in collaboration with Dynamic Benchmarking, to provide you with access to critical NC compensation information.

- Log in here using your existing user ID and password. Come back as often as needed to complete the survey or access results.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, there is a password reset on the Login page.
KEY POINTS:
- Data collection is now open.
- Once in the survey, you will find the download questions icon
on the home page that allows you to download all the questions in the platform, with or without your answers. This spreadsheet can be used to help compile data ahead of time and can be shared with others. - The survey is divided into sections that contain categories of questions. You can begin in any section and complete the survey questions in any order.
- Come back as often as needed to complete the survey. All data is saved as you go.
- To access results, be sure to answer at least 50% of the survey, including all required questions marked by a red asterisk *.
- Survey results include personalized question-by-question comparison charts and downloadable Excel and PowerPoint reports, along with a supplementary tab containing analogous data at 'for profit' companies, at both the state and national level.
- To protect data anonymity, aggregated results are displayed only for questions with 5 or more responses.
