  • Purchase a subscription by completing the signup and payment forms.   Access to the North Carolina Compensation Data Hub is $200.00 for a 24-month subscription.
  • Immediately after your purchase is processed, you will receive a welcome email that includes your login credentials along with a purchase receipt.
  • Log in here using your user ID and temporary password provided in your welcome email.  
DO YOU ALREADY HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION? 
  • Log in here using your existing user ID and password.  Come back as often as needed to complete the survey or access results. 
KEY POINTS:
  • Data collection is now open.
  • Once in the survey, you will find the export report icon on the home page that allows you to download all the questions in the platform, with or without your answers. This spreadsheet can be used to help compile data ahead of time and can be shared with others.
  • The survey is divided into sections that contain categories of questions. You can begin in any section and complete the survey questions in any order.
  • Come back as often as needed to complete the survey. All data is saved as you go.
  • In order to access results, be sure to answer at least 50% of the survey, including all required questions.
  • Survey results include personalized question-by-question comparisons and downloadable Excel and PowerPoint reports, along with a supplementary tab containing analogous data at 'for profit' companies, at both the state and national level.
  • To protect data anonymity, results are displayed only for questions with 5 or more responses.
