Conference Registration (includes pre-con sessions):
$85 (members) | $35 (retired members) | $100 (non-members)
(In person or virtual, your choice!)

We are pleased to extend an offer of financial assistance to any association member or meeting planner member who may need it. If you find yourself in a situation where a scholarship to cover your registration fee would be beneficial, we are here to support you. This initiative is our way of using the reserve funds, which you have helped build, to assist our fellow members in need. Please email Julie for this assistance.

Cancellation Policy:
Sponsorships/Exhibits: 6 weeks prior to event date.
Attendee Registration (including sponsor/exhibitor reps): 3 weeks prior to event date.

Sponsorships

Closing Sponsor will receive:

Three minutes on the podium near the end of the conference.
One tabletop exhibit during the entire conference
Complimentary registration for one representative to attend the entire conference and special rate of $50 for each additional representatives
Sponsor ribbons on representative badges
Significant publicity:
- Signage at event
- Your website link & logo on the AENC event webpage
- Your organization highlighted in AENC’s Mobile App and weekly email
- Ad or logo looped on registration desk TV screen

Tabletop Exhibits

Exhibitors will receive:

Logo recognition on mobile app and on screen during event.
Static Ad or Logo on our large registration desk TV Screen.
Complimentary registration for two representatives to attend the entire conference and $50 for each additional representative.
Exhibitor Ribbon on the name badges of all representatives.
NEW, YOU CAN CHOOSE:
- One tabletop exhibit during the entire conference (choice of cocktail or 6' table)
- NO Tabletop, instead choose to promote through one of these two options (you pick):
  - One AENC Weekly Update Friday Email Sponsorship Ad: this email goes to every member each Friday
  - One Facebook/LinkedIn Logo Post on AENC’s social pages leading up to the Conference (post will include all logos who choose that option or for an additional $100, have your own).
