We’ll break down what makes an effective goal, explore personal and professional priorities, and connect your individual goals to the broader member/customer-driven and financial outcomes organizations care about — regardless of your current role or level of authority.

This session includes interactive prompts, group discussions, and a simple framework you can use year-round. You’ll leave by kicking off your year with a strong start to building actionable, well-defined goals, plus insight from your peers across the AENC community.
