Since 1997, Alex has been providing dynamic tools for improving communication to audiences around the country. He works with organizations that want to increase their emotional intelligence so that they can reduce conflict and transform the way they communicate.
He has facilitated nearly 6000 personality assessments in the last four years.
He is a member of tile National Speakers Association and has worked with organizations such as Make-A-Wish, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
