Micah Ray

Micah started his career managing and co-owning a family furniture business where he learned the unglamorous fundamentals of keeping a business alive. He went on to spend years at Liberty Hardware, a company that grew from $10M to over $200M, building deep expertise in information technology, strategy, innovation, and operational leadership. He co-founded D4 Concepts in 2019 with one goal: to help other business owners and leaders have the clarity and capability he had to earn the hard way.
