Thomas Rosenfield

Thomas Rosenfield, JD, CAE is president of HillStaffer, a Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, NC bipartisan public policy consulting firm. Tom also serves as a Board Member of ASAE Business Services, Inc., ASAE’s for-profit entity, and an Operating Partner and Board & Governance Advisor of Harmony Asset Management.

At HillStaffer, Tom has extensive experience leading multiple federal and state advocacy initiatives. In addition, he guides the firm’s strategic direction and has been instrumental implementing a multilateral focus on financial services, healthcare, and chemicals, successfully representing associations and for-profit companies around the country.

Previously, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer of a Midwest-based Family Office focused on real estate, home building, and retail, and began his career on Wall Street at Cantor Fitzgerald, working in both the New York and Los Angeles offices.
