Kirby Jerel Noel

Jerel Noel is a Senior Account Manager with FirstPoint Management Resources, an AMC in Raleigh, NC. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), a position he has held since 2014. Over 30,000 individuals are credentialed across CCI’s nine credential programs.
Jerel earned the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 2015. An active member of the Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC), Jerel joined the Board in 2016 and served as President for the 2020-21 year.
Jerel has worked with over ten associations since 2000. His primary focus has been to empower association leaders to advance their missions and elevate their professions.
In his spare time, Jerel enjoys time with his wife Deborah and their daughter Maliah and watching & talking sports.
