Odell A. Bizzell II is a well-known speaker across the country, two-time TEDx speaker, and author of 14 books, including Locked In: What 5 Years in Jail Taught Me About Leading Teams Through Difficult Change. As an ex jail cop turned speaker and author, Odell brings a unique view to helping companies keep their teams happy and working well during hard times like company changes, layoffs, and tough transitions.
