Dr. Susie Hansley, Ph.D. is a dynamic keynote speaker & workshop facilitator delivering science-based stress solutions for high-achieving groups. She helps people thrive, fulfill their potential, & create emotionally resilient teams & organizations.

She has spoken at Google, Blue Shield of California, Levi Strauss & Co., Fermi National Labs, & Duke Health Technology Solutions, helping organizations stress less to achieve more, while building emotionally intelligent teams that support each other through challenges and accomplish goals together.

As a first-generation Mexican American & the first in her family to attend college, Susie brings unique perspectives on achieving success while managing stress. With a Ph.D. in English from Brown University & an MS in Technical Communication from NC State, she combines her academic expertise with master-certified coaching skills to help people work WITH their physiology – or what she calls "The Operating System."
